A short sleigh ride with Finnhorse. We drive around SCV and enjoy the atmospheric ride. The ride takes about 10 minutes and is suitable for almost everyone from baby to grandpa. Are you ready to sing some christmas song's?
In snowless times, the ride can be carried out in a wagon.
You can buy a ticket in advance for a specific day, in which case you can board by presenting the ticket to the driver. Tickets are also sold at the departure point if the day's departures are not fully booked in advance.
The departure point is located at Aurora Horses.

Traditional Finnhorse Sleigh Ride (30 min)
When the jingle bells are ringing, you can get into the Christmas spirit even in the middle of summer. SCV's special surroundings and a Finnhorse glowing in freezing temperatures will take you back in time.
The slow pace of travel gives you time to admire the surrounding landscape, perhaps find a destination for the next day or just forget about all the other everyday work.

The daytime hustle and bustle of Santa Claus Village quiets down and we go to enjoy the trip along Santa's secret paths. On an atmospheric trip, you'll enjoy a relaxing ride and traditional Finnish snacks.
The story of the Finnhorse told over a campfire and the sizzling frost create a unique atmosphere.

Northern Lights Tour with Finnhorses Sleigh Ride - Available only on request
In order for our customers to have the opportunity to see the Northern Lights during the trip, this experience is only available upon request and the final reservation must be made at least a week in advance. This will give us some idea of the prevailing weather conditions.
You will enjoy the dark snowy forest and beautiful silence, sleigh ride with Finnhorses under warm blankets and search for the Northern Lights. Let’s go through the magical forests of Lapland! You might see deer, reindeer, moose, hares, foxes or notice that they have just crossed the path completely silently, leaving only traces in the snow. Sleigh ride duration is about 40 minutes.
You also have the opportunity to see harnessing for traditional work harnesses and hear the story of the Finnhorse.
If you are not so interested in moving in the forest, you can enjoy the evening in the Finnish way staring at the fire and frying sausages by the campfire. Listening to silence calms even the busiest mind.
Remember that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon. No one can guarantee that they will appear.
